Meg Sullivan, MSW, Wellness Consultant Meg is a Wellness Consultant and skills coach, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salem State University. Meg has enjoyed being physically active throughout her life, continuing to be so today, as she enjoys kickboxing, yoga, and self-defense work. In high school and into college, though very happy, Meg began feeling that there was something missing in her life. She realized that she was happiest when she was working with other people, particularly in helping them to improve their lives and amplify the strengths and great skills they already had (even if they didn’t believe it themselves!). Meg has a passion for helping people find balance and wellness in their lives, especially in their physical and emotional health. Meg enjoys working with clients to develop and improve the skills they already have to help them live the best and most balanced life possible. Forever the optimist, Meg truly believes that change is possible for anyone who is willing to show up, be present, and work toward it. If you would like more information, or would like to book a consultation, please feel free to contact Meg at Meg@AHealthyBalanceInc.com. She looks forward to working with you! |
