BOOT CAMP GOES OUTDOORS

No morning or evening classes on

Boot camps are 45 minute strength and conditioning classes. You get a full body workout by cycling through strength training circuits for time to get and keep your heart rate up.
All exercises can be modified for your current fitness level.
