Who better to shop with than a Registered Dietitian! 

Whether you are starting a new medically prescribed diet, such as gluten free, or for heart health, need help shopping for the right items to put together a meal at home, need help comparing items to get the healthiest choices or the best prices, or just need to take the stress out of navigating the grocery store aisles.
