Strength & Conditioning Camp
Camp is designed for female athletes in 9th grade through 12th grade to enhance winter training in preparation for spring sports. Participants will receive 4 hours a week of structured training under the direction and supervision of certified fitness professionals. The camp will focus on proper strength training technique to maximize overall muscular strength and endurance, as well as training in speed, plyometrics, conditioning, core performance and flexibility.
